Cancellation Policy
Things come up, life happens and you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I totally understand, and with that being said, I do ask that you provide a 48 hour cancellation notice. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged 25% of intended service, and day of cancellations will be charged 50% of intended service. If an appointment is no-showed they will be charged 100% of intended service. Situations with extenuating circumstances will be reviewed individually.
Late Policy:
If you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, I may have to ask you to reschedule or may not be able to provide the full intended service. Haircuts that are more than 10 minutes late will be marked as no-showed and rescheduled. I do ask, if you are able, to please contact me if you anticipate running late to our scheduled appointment. I value your time and kindly ask you respect mine as well!
